  Accountable for all ERP projects in the Shell Brasil Upstream Deepwater Business, including the BG merge to Shell. Leading a group of Project Managers, Business and Technical analysts.The role main objective is to deliver Value through technology acting as a Business Strategic Partner. Accountable for the implementation of new technologies to the Global Downstream market; Managing $20M budget, 70 direct reports in eight countries and reporting to the Global IT board.The Shell Downstream HANA Project was one of the Largest Database implementations in the World. Managed the technical support and development process improvement in Finance, Benchmark analysis, strategic studies and portfolio review, with status Board, 50 direct reports in 7 countries and reporting to the IT Global Board. Led 350 consultants in England and India, with budget of $30M/a, in support of the largest Global implementation of processes for 55 countries, involving mapping, standardization and modelling of Commercial business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Market Intelligence, using the ERP platform (SAP); having validated legal and tax requirements, testing, training, risk management, KPIs and strategies for the operation of new processes in each country. Lead of Business Process Streamline and Functional design implementation aiming to move Shell Greece to the European ERP System, including the implementation of Lean solutions to meet a complex Legal and Fiscal environment. Responsible for the Impact analysis related to the UK/Ireland migration to European Streamlined business processes; Conducted Sales & Distribution Process Benchmark Analysis considering the most representative ERP systems of Shell. Responsible for the implementation, standardization and management of Business processes in the commercial area of Shell France. The scope comprised business scenarios modeling, testing, data migration and cutover in all Downstream markets (Retail, Commercial, Aviation and Marine). Euro Conversion coordination and management to meet EU legal requirements in Shell Germany and Shell Ireland for Fixed Assets, Inventory, Accounting, Budget, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Pricing and Contracts.Coordinated the improvement of credit control and billing processes along with the automotive market team of Shell Germany.
