  - Support to create long-term strategic direction and sustainable competitive advantages for Renewable Energy Segment.- Identify key projects by evaluating long term business impact, customer, profitability, technical feasibility, potential risks and etc.- New customer opportunity project management to make sure SKF solution delivered to our strategic customers on time and so to secure the future business for SKF. - Lead and manage the key projects in cross functional environment with both internal and external parties and keep project forwarding by making decisions, obtaining resources, solving problems effectively and timely.- Present and justify the projects to higher level steering committee Show less - Lead project team to build a new heat treatment production line for medium size bearing.- Define the project scope, activity plan, production process flow, machine layout to achieve the desirable quality, cycle time, volume, and cost level for medium size bearings.- Setup technical specifications the new furnace, fixture press machine, linking conveyor and infrastructures.- Manage internal function parties and external suppliers to ensure all the deliverables (machines, tooling, construction, infrastructure, installation/commissioning, personnel, basic training, technical doc and etc.) on board on time with expected quality level and within budget. - Release and ramp up production in this new line and hand over the project to relative department with a proper closure.- Report project progress to management team timely. Show less - Lead the project team designed the process flow, ground layout and setup technical specification for each facility including robots, fixture machines, washing machines, roller conveyors and automation solution.- Set up and track the project plan and identify key activities, potential barriers, needed resources, budge plan.- Lead team designed the mechanical part of the fixture machine body, fixture tooling, hydraulic unit, electrical control system. - Tracking the project and monitoring each working package status of suppliers and internal functions. - Coordinate and instruct multi-functions both internally and externally to avoid collision among on-site construction, infrastructure installation, machines installation work. - Closely work with all the suppliers and internal function units but take full responsibility of the project to start-up production in this new quenching channel to reach desirable quality level and cycle time.- Report project progress to management team timely and hand over the project to related department properly. Show less - Define the bearing machining process including cutting tools selection, cutting parameters set-up, fixtures design for rough turning, heat treatment drilling, milling and hard turning.- Support new production line set up and test machining process in during factory start-up phase. - Running 6 sigma projects on machining process improvement area.- Keep optimizing machining parameters and the quality and cycle time to reduce the cost for the production.- Work with hot rolled ring supplier to continually optimizing the stock allowance of raw material so to reduce the material cost and improve the machining cycle time. - Trouble shooting during daily production.
