      India's Premium Razor Blade Manufacturing Company, under the Brand name"SUPERMAX".* Performed CFD analysis of heat exchangers used in the blade manufacturing process to remove impurities deposited on the blade surface after the blades are heat treated. Analysis lead to the discovery of poor insulation of the system and variation in the bath temperature, which was responsible for 20% heat loss* Design of manifold for heat exchangers I designed and analyzed the intake manifolds in heat exchangers, where the models were created and imported from Pro-E, mesh was generated in GAMBIT and fluid flow analysis was done in Fluent.
