  As a passionate Blood Drive Leader and founder of our organization , ‘Bethesda Blood Drive’, I am committed to making a tangible difference in our community. I personally lead our team in hosting blood drives every three months, and we have successfully collected over 150 pints of blood, potentially saving up to 450 lives.I collaborate with local organizations, schools, and businesses, and the Red Cross to create a supportive and engaging environment for donors.-Spearheaded and managed quarterly blood drives, ensuring smooth operations and high donor turnout.-Personally raised over 100 pints of blood, contributing to the potential saving of up to 300 lives.-Established partnerships with the Red Cross to streamline the donation process and maximize impact.-Developed and executed effective marketing strategies to increase donor participation and community engagement.-Created educational programs to inform the community about the critical need for blood donations and the donation process.-Coordinated with a team of 20+ staff to ensure efficient and welcoming blood drive events.-Managed all administration including staffing, donor recruitment, advertisement, social media and financials.-raised 500$ towards the Red Cross-Secured sponsorships and partnerships with local businesses to support and promote blood drives.
