  The experience in this role is literally the key point of my life. I am proud that I had a chance to manage and to be a part of the strongest team what was involved into the project "Constructing the fiber optical network for MegaFon". Key points: more than 11 000 km , 3 years, more than 106 lines. Our team consisted of 48 specialists. There was an interesting experience of integration of the innovative products for constructing process remote management - Long Distance online monitoring system.Responsibilities:- FOCL construction in the interests of MegaFon OJSC.Design, "ground" work, construction and installation, registration, handover, land cases.- Implementation of information tools for planning and management of the construction process - based on MS Project and customized Oracle solution.- Personnel management by Zonal FOCL construction department - 3 construction management divisions with regional division.- Organization and management of the construction process- Organization and holding of tenders for the selection of contractors- Participation in tender procedures, search for orders, negotiations- Setting and standardization of business processes.
