Driver training programme resulted in 90% reduction in racking damage. - Radiation Protection Supervisor training to manage PMI equipment- Monitoring and management of asbestos contacting materials in various locations on the site, which included ensuring that controls and repairs were implemented following water damage.- Provided EHS support for 4 other sites within the division. Worked closely with the UK team to support the development of UK wide risk assessment policy, selection and introduction of COSHH assessment software, EMF policy- Visibly raising standards and EHS awareness with all staff and contractors through a programme of risk management, safety inspections and ongoing communication with all employees- Environmental management programmes included eliminating waste to landfill, energy efficiency improvements including LED lighting, boiler and heating oil tank replacement, spill training- Contractor projects included transfer and installation of 11 tonne CNC miller, epoxy coating of warehouse floor, cleaning on asbestos roof.
