  I managed the internal locum bank, consisting of over 300 locums, as well as the relationship with external recruitment and temporary staffing agencies for St Mungos. I was the lead project manager in relation to the embedding of new processes, practices and behaviours around the use of locums and agency staff to cover shifts, across the whole of the organisation.My main focus was on monitoring the spend and usage of agency, temps and overtime and on making sure St Mungos were using staff in a cost effective manner. This involved producing, analysing and circulating reports to operational managers and directors highlighting any areas for concern and working with senior managers to address them.Additionally, my focus was on the training and development of all locum and agency staff, making sure they were equipped to be able to carry out their roles at an optimum level.
