      It is my job to manage the collection of processes used to track, oversee, and optimize all customer interactions. The goal is to ensure that all of the customer interactions are pleasant and informative. The process for JLE begins with the distribution of information to the sales team and completes when a customers order is delivered to them. However, there are many steps in between. It is the job of my team to ensure that the steps in between are done quickly, effectively, and efficiently. The major goal? To ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
