      Payright is an Australian payment plan provider developed for merchants to accelerate return-on-effort and for making things more affordable to consumers, by spreading the cost of purchases over time.Initially a 3 month contract that became extended, to help support a small business during a busy growth spurt. ACHIEVEMENTS• Lead Designer on their Brand Refresh project; working along side their Brand Manager we took their 12 page style guide and evolved the brand into a 38 page Brand Guide book. During this process I was able to bring in design rules, assess what was working and what wasn't to help bring in consistency of the usage across their agencies and campaigns• Lead designer on their nationwide Merchant Point of Sale packs with new refreshed brand.       • DAM custodian, undertook the task of establishing an industry-standard design hub, ensuring efficient filing and management of design files. Upon my arrival, there was a significant absence of organised content, resulting in valuable materials going missing. Moreover, the Marketing DAM structure was in disarray, causing difficulties for the entire company in finding crucial assets. Through dedicated efforts, I invested considerable time and effort in constructing both the Design Hub and Marketing DAM which are now widely acknowledged as the most well-organised filing systems within our company.• Brand custodian - as a brand identity designer, I took on the crucial task of evaluating and improving the company’s brand and brand guidelines. To achieve this, I conducted a comprehensive review to uncover any gaps or discrepancies in the current guidelines. Drawing from my findings, I offered design suggestions aimed at creating a unified and influential brand image. Furthermore, I prioritised addressing any missing information that creative professionals often rely on when working with the brand guidelines. This involved meticulously documenting all essential details to ensure accurate and comprehensive reference materials for future use.• Crafted visually captivating designs for various social media platforms, ensuring that they perfectly complement the brand’s unique style and messaging• Lead Designer creating the visual style for our new company website and blog.
