  The Management's Events (ME) is an annual project held by Management Students of FEB UGM. This year (2024), ME will be conducted for the 18th time consisting of three sub-projects: IDEAS, GMBCC, and EXPOSURE. Indonesian Studentpreneur (IDEAS) is a National Business Plan Competition event that is accompanied by a series of national scale Insight Series that focuses on the big theme of Social Entrepreneur (Sociopreneur). This year IDEAS carries the theme “Revolusi Sociopreneur: Menuju Indonesia Emas 2045 Melalui 4 Pilar Visi Pembangunan”, which is expected to have a positive impact not only on participants but also on the sociopreneur community, social startups, and society at large.Gadjah Mada Business Case Competition (GMBCC) is a business case competition, that will compete between various teams from various universities both domestic and overseas to provide its best solutions to solve the various problems and business challenges experienced by case partner companies. EXPOSURE is a Thematic Curated Market that carries the theme "Metropolis", the major center of commerce, culture, and diversity.   IKAMMA FEB UGM is a student association organization for the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada which was formed in 1984. IKAMMA is a forum for Management students to increase their potential and develop soft skills. This is done by implementing the four basic values of IKAMMA, namely "Kekeluargaan", "Profesionalisme", "Integritas", and "Keilmuan". Apart from that, IKAMMA also has a 4R culture, namely Respect to time, Respect to people, Respect to system, and Respect to yourself, which trains students to have a good work culture.Administrative and Finance (Advance) Bureau is a bureau that has the function of supporting operations through overall financial management and administration of IKAMMA. Advance Bureau has the task of helping the continuity of each work program at IKAMMA by taking care of the administrative needs of each bureau and department at IKAMMA.- Carry out detailed, transparent, and accountable financial records on the IKAMMA Financial System- Led a team of 9 and oversaw all aspects of human resource management within the bureau, including - staff supervision, training, and empowerment- Integrated IKAMMA’s core value and 4R culture (respect to time, to people, to system, and to yourself) to the staff- Successfully achieved over 90% of KPI targets across 30 work programs, oversaw the processing of 700+ official documents, and ensured transparent, accountable financial management of a budget totaling IDR 69 million within a one management period.
