Established and Set Up New Site Diageo first factory at South East Asia. as well know Diageo is the global biggest player alcoholic business industry that expanding their businesses to Indonesia and I was part of team to establish and run the factory. 2. Set up and develop quality capabilities - laboratory set up, analytical and sensory training, installation and calibration process of lab equipment.3. Giving fully technical support on establish the manufacturing process - brand technical training, liquid blending process, continuous improvement on liquid process and in order to reach the efficiency.4. As supply project manager for innovation and brand change activities - leading and manage the work-stream, fulfill the business expectation through launch and deliver the product to the market on time5. Leading the packaging development and work closely with local supplier such as bottle, closure, label and corrugated shipper case. 6. Supporting alcohol qualification as main ingredient and leading the dry goods ingredients and giving technical advise to procurement as part of supplier qualification.7.
