      With over 25 years of experience in financial resources management, operations excellence, change management, project management, and lean initiatives implementation in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific, I offer my experience of good practices in strategy and business planning, productivity and performance improvement, leadership and talent management. My business acumen in the Asia Pacific Region adds extra value in reviewing the environment and trends of the Business and NGO sector in a bigger picture of cross-functional expectations, business performance and the global context. In addition, I put extra emphasis on the effectiveness of mentoring and coaching multi-cultural staffs, internal clients and business leaders. I have equipped with professional qualifications and competencies in emotional intelligence and coaching, namely, EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360 which is one of the most scientifically validated assessments in emotional intelligence and leadership behaviours, and Certificate in Coaching Clinic.
