      I was the Officer in Charge of navigational and cargo watch, with significant responsibilities such as the maintenance of all lifesaving and firefighting equipment, crew training, management of port papers, and provisions. During my watch in port, I implemented streamlined workflows that effectively minimized cargo damages and lashing faults, resulting in shorter port stays.I upheld the highest standards in maintaining all Lifesaving Appliances (LSA) and Fire Fighting Equipment (FFE). Additionally, my meticulous organization of port paperwork ensured seamless compliance with all authorities. As the sole watchkeeper, I consistently upheld a safe watch, successfully navigating challenging waters, including the Gibraltar and Singapore Straits.In my capacity as the designated Training Officer, I diligently ensured that all crew training requirements were met. My focus on safety-related matters guaranteed the crew's comfort and preparedness.
