      As a legal fellow for the Corps I was given great responsibility in assisting the office of counsel in various legal assignments. At this position I completed numerous legal documents in regards to federal regulations including memos, motions, and briefs. I also assisted the district in responding to ongoing FOIA requests. I also assisted the district in revising MOUs for use between the Corps and the Fish and Wildlife Service.

While at this position l completed many legal research and writing assignments including jury instructions, complaints, consent agreements, motions, case referrals, memorandums of law, and briefs. I also assisted the enforcement attorneys in document discovery and settlement conference preparation. While most of the work I completed at the EPA focused heavily on federal regulation, much of the work required a mastery of administrative legal principles which where demonstrated throughout the whole of my work product.
