  Leading the transportation organisation responsible for the finished goods shipments within the European network (120$M budget). Key deliverables are service improvements and cost reduction via supply chain transformation programs, RPA and the consolidation of the planning organization into one location. Leading the transportation organisation responsible for the finished goods shipments to our customers as well as the replenishments to E-IMEA. Key deliverables are service improvements and cost reduction via supply chain transformation programs as well as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI technology implementation. Responsible for the successful startup of the Warehouse and Customization Operations in Lagos Nigeria. Key deliverables where vertical startup at target cost and zero incidents. Key activities included people transitioning, recruiting and training as well as the commissioning of the building, equipment and IT-systems. Responsible for the Making and Packing operations consisting of 8 production lines and leading >180 people. Key deliverable was the performance improvement of the recently installed production lines from <50% process reliability to >75% at the end of the assignment. Responsible for the Packing operations consisting of 7 production lines and leading and organisation of 60 people. Key deliverable was the successful change-management at a time where the site was going through the Pringles divestiture as well as a significant decline of the tablets business. Sustaining service, cost and productivity results as well as keeping the morale high enabled the positive outcome of the sourcing study securing new business for the site. Responsible for introducing the startup methodology and organisational capability that ensured future initiatives and projects where seamlessly integrated into the plant operations.
