      I was the main point of contact across multiple workstreams sponsored by VPs and Directors.- Workstream 1: Created and rolled out an Open-to-Buy tool for Americas Ecom. Tool required a mix of process analysis, work process definition, and technology knowledge (advanced Excel, VBA, SQL, PowerBI - utilizing Power M query and DAX) to understand sales, on-hand inventory, movements, and open PO trajectory.- Workstream 2: Utilized agile methodologies to plan and implement configuration enhancements for a Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) tool. Performed UAT to resolve bugs.- Workstream 3: Performed a current state analysis on critical business processes by creating process maps and technical specifications, specifically around inventory transfer and the monthly demand forecast creation. - Defined specifications and created a new PowerBI tool to streamline the monthly demand forecast creation process. - Trained inventory planners on how their transfer database was set up, in order for them to troubleshoot and fix problems independently- Workstream 4: Created and integrated a Consolidated Business Calendar within operations, which included in-season, pre-season, and recurring milestones from different functional domains (Merchandising, Finance, and Planning).
