      Salt Lake City’s The Kollective LLC is a concert promotion and talent buying agency. I was hired on the street team to help with advertisements for future events. I took over as Promotion and Production Manager of The Lo-Fi Café, a venue owned and operated by The Kollective, I helped book acts from all around the world to come share their talents on our stage. A successful show required finalizing details with booking agency, designing advertisements, coordination with media outlets, ticket outlets and street team members, advancing show with tour manager and sound staff, and overseeing the day-of production of the event. We put together on average 35 events a month at our peak. Show less

Our goal is assisting our members to stay relevant in the ever-revolving world of healthcare. Currently, AAPC has a membership base over 154,000 worldwide, of which nearly 107,000 are certified.My main responsibilities include:Providing strategic consulting, including developing an education plan to help members reach their goal of being certified in their field. I advise them on educational opportunities that would best help them prepare to take our certification exams. Working with members and non-members that are actively looking into becoming a specialist in their field and providing them with the tools and education to either be successful in their current role or help them advance in their careers. Generating new sales opportunities from both inbound leads and outbound marketing campaigns. Working with members and non-members through the entire sales cycle to cater solutions to address both their immediate and future needs. Developing unique sales strategies derived from member feedback and our existing sales process.Being a mentor to new counterparts.
