      Managed, Hired and Developed 44 facilitators to provide training programs done by Toyota, Lexus and Scion. I was also the lead facilitator for Toyota and Lexus. I was responsible for as many as 47 contract facilitators who provided services for Toyota, Lexus and Scion. This included contracts, reviews, and mentoring focused on Toyota's vision and culture. It is important to remember, I was NOT a Toyota Associate at the time nor have I ever been. I too was a contractor. I was one of the first and only contractors to be called a manager, have an office and be treated as if Toyota was my sole employer. This was a great honor.
