      In this role, I led the coordination and execution of insurance renewal, compliance and risk management initiatives and both manage and coordinate all vendor relationships with supporting facilities. This includes managing all facilities and landlord interactions including potential lease site evaluations, moves and lease terminations, maximizing vehicle utilization for the organization—assigning (or re-assigning) vehicles to various facilities and departments as needed, and planning, developing and executing vehicle replacement schedules and preparing recommendations for leasing vehicles. Another integral part of my role is overseeing compliance with organizational policies, public regulations and contractual obligations, and managing purchasing and inventory for all facilities. I also assist with long-range planning for areas of responsibility, as requested. Through these specific responsibilities, I have become highly skilled in reviewing financial statements and completing variance reports as needed, as well as developing department budgets, including capital. I plan, organize, direct and coordinate risk management, workers compensation, liability and safety initiatives, and ensure the compliance of the organization’s Business Continuity Plan. Additionally, I have had ample experience managing and leading strategic personnel needs including recruitment, hiring, training, ongoing feedback, coaching, development, and discipline. While applying these skills to my specific area of concern, I have been able to develop creative solutions to maximizing and standardizing office space and visual ascetics, and design and implement a mobile workforce.
