      Dr. Mock conducted detailed studies of breeding energetics of adult western bluebirds and comparative growth energetics of western bluebirds and ash-throated flycatchers, resulting in two peer-reviewed journal publications. He also assisted in an investigation of an in vivo method to estimate lipid content of mourning doves using cyclopropane.
