Show less Completed 10-week long project creating a consolidated repository that contains information on attributes for IOPS IT applications that are used in different functional areas throughout the organization. Previously, the process for end users (system administrators or other Subject Matter Experts) to locate this information was time-consuming and once the information was found, there was validity uncertainty. The approach to solve this was problem was to locate the most recent information regarding these applications through both reading Standard Operating Procedure's and Validation Project Plans as well as meet with SME's in face-to-face discussions. After all information was gathered, a SharePoint page was created to hold all of this information as well as a process map that enable this IT department to continuously update the information. This repository has led to an increase in efficiency, accuracy and cross-functionality. Future uses for this repository are reporting through analytics, CMDB enhancement and System Integration Landscape (Map). Presented project to Manufacturing & Facilities system team, at 2018 Summer Intern "Poster Day" and July "All-hands" global meeting (Raheen, Ireland) to 50 members of the Information Technology department.Additionally, held essential role developing webpage for Information Technology department.Attended professional development classes: Fundamentals of Process Mapping, Learning & Organizational Development Presentation Skills & Microsoft Excel Functions and Shortcuts Completed/aided other projects outside of Information Technology department:- Created the schedule for "World Cup Games Day", a two hour event that consisted of 25 teams (100 people) playing different teams and rotating games every 15 minutes. - Designed layout for "Junior Leadership Mix and Mingle" event that was intended to create engagement and familiarity between Regeneron summer interns and Junior leadership members.
