Pioneered the development of Joint guidelines, endorsed by Secretaries of all relevant departments.-Contributed to the successful implementation of the National Iron Plus Initiative in Odisha, collaborating closely with relevant departments.- Innovatively conceptualized and implemented the reporting mechanism for WIFS among school-going children through the Mid-Day Meal program. This pioneering approach received acknowledgment and appreciation from the Government of India.- Headed the Adolescent Anemia Control Program (AACP) targeting out-of-school adolescent girls across 30 districts.
