      Progressing on from my previous role at the club, reporting daily to the Head of Sports Science and working with him in the design, development and implementation of a holistic athlete centred interdisciplinary Strength and Conditioning Programme. This system operates throughout the whole club and therefore enables work to be conducted from Under 8 all the way through to the First Team, therefore having experience with a range of ages and abilities is highly advantageous. The role includes athletic development as well as end stage player rehabilitation following on from the work completed by the Physiotherapy department.The position allows me work with the Head of Sport Science to support the athletic development of players across the whole club. Daily duties include the design and delivery of individual gym based programmes, prehabilitation and injury prevention programmes that are all tailored individually to increase individual athlete adaptations as well as decrease the likelihood of acute and chronic injuries.Other secondary roles include, Heading up the design and analysis of the Clubs "Performance Clock" in line with the new EPPP guidlines, well being and preparidness monitoring, Heart Rate analysis, analysis and feedback of data to the youth team as a means of assessing training load and intensities. Conducting pre training and match day warm ups including specific SAQ, motor skill and movement pattern coaching. Monitoring markers of neuromuscular fatigue through the use of the Opto-Jump Measurement System as well as personalised qualitative methods.
