  Electrical Engineer

  As an Electrical Engineer, my duties include designing, assembling, testing, and troubleshooting the PCBA for our product. Along with handling the hardware, I work with the team and edit the programming using the Arduino IDE for the features for our toothbrush. My task mainly includes R&D using a breadboard to test various components and products such as motor drivers to apply these features to our product. This role includes creating a testing plan to quantify results and collect data for performance comparison. My task also includes reaching out to various vendors to source components for when we go into manufacturing. More importantly, working closely with the Mechanical Engineering team to collaborate on specifications and needs, working together towards a finished product.During my employment with Talobrush, I piloted and designed the brush's PCBA from start to first batch units. Along with researching and designing, my task included soldering all components onto the board and running testing programs to ensure functionality and determine any potential faults and failures. Additionally, with each revision, I strive to improve the board's performance. The progress of the project and board are documented diligently for the team's references. Show less

  While doing my graduate coursework at San Francisco State University, I conducted my research and thesis with the MIC (Mobile Intelligence Computing) Lab. In the lab our team research various applications to apply deep learning and neural network compression techniques for improved performance. I performed my research work independently with routine check-ins with my advisor. Occasionally, I would collaborate with other lab members to achieve a goal.

  Robotics Engineer

  Working at a startup such as Dimaag-AI, my role branches out to a variety of task as it is necessary to wear many hats in order to achieve our goal as a team. My job title at the company is Robotics Engineer, this role includes but is not limited to integrating hardware, programming, design and bring up of overall and sublevel systems, functionality field testing, and extensive data collection and analysis. Some additional tasks include integrating sensors and actuators, modeling and prototyping casing and fixtures, and designing, assemble, and test pcbs.This opportunity at Dimaag AI has broaded my skillsets in various aspects, challenging myself to make a difference in achieving our goals individually and with the team.
