  I am Ireland based, working within the London Early Talent Recruitment team. Within my role i am responsible for the Onboarding and New Joiner Experience for hundreds of Analyst joiners to the Analyst Consulting Group across London/Newcastle/Manchester & Edinburgh and the Technology Analyst Group for London. One of my main focuses is to ensure a top class new joiner experience is delivered to each individual. My role also includes managing two direct reports, working with our Application and Assessment vendors through the planning & implementation stages to ensure we deliver an innovative, market leading and inclusive application and assessment solution throughout our candidate journey.
