      Management of the Agrarian Development Directorate of an Agro-industrial Pole in the Capanda region (Angola). The Agro-industrial has an area of 411 thousand hectares with 186 local communities and a population of 70 thousand people. It is a project of the Angolan Government under the responsibility of the Ministry of Agriculture which promotes and develops productive chains through the sustainable technologies for tropical agriculture in order to make the production environmentally, economically and financially viable, for the country's food security and replace of imported food. In this project I worked with the public, private and third sectors agencies from Brazil and Angola. I conducted the analysis and review of the business plan indicators and targets of each investor as well as technical visits to the production areas of farms.- Guidance and technical approval of the productive arrangements presented in the agricultural projects of PAC investors.- Technology transfer, rural extension, technical and environmental monitoring in 21 farms.- Development, Planning and Management of the Agricultural Educational Unit which is a model farm for carrying out tests and validation technological packages to the regional conditions and also production of training programs, technical assistance/ rural extension and events.- Implementation and development of an agricultural area (113 hectares) for the production of technological packaging (beans, corn, cassava, vegetables, fruit, green manure, pastures and recovery of degraded areas). - Organized 7 Workshops, 3 Field Days and 4 Lecture Cycles, totaling more than 2,000 participants at the events in partnerships with private and public agencies focused on Agribusiness.- Technical assistance and environmental guidance for 358 family farmers to carry out good agricultural practices to produce food and to prevent deforestation and forest fires. Exibir menos Development, implementation and management of a social agricultural pilot program (Kulonga pala Kukula) to provide technical assistance to indigenous peoples and local communities. In this program, besides the agricultural advisement, I also managed health prevention activities, such as malaria prevention, access to potable water, empowerment of traditional midwives, and development of tools for income generation. In this project, I worked with the public, private and third sectors agencies from Brazil and Angola.- Development of a pilot project of 1,000 m2 for agroecological production (vegetables, roots and tubers) and responsible for the expansion project.- Technical assistance and environmental guidance for 214 family farmers to carry out good agricultural practices for food production, prevention of deforestation, forest degradation and forest fires.- I organized 2 Workshops, 2 Field Days and 2 Lecture Cycles, totaling more than 1,500 participants in events with partnerships (private and public agencies) focused on Family Farming.- Creation, implementation and organization of the “Filhos da Terra” Project to teach 22 young participants which were children of the family farmers. The programmatic content had a duration of 5 months in modules of agricultural production, and social disciplines regarding associativism and business concepts totaling about 617 hours.- 95% of local communities with access to potable water, installation of 13 new water wells and another 11 repaired.- Training of 25 community health agents to prevent malaria, communicate on waste management, basic sanitation (construction of latrines) and hygiene in the community.- Training of 57 traditional midwives in partnership with the Municipal Hospital aiming to reduce infant and maternal mortality. Also, breastfeeding and vaccination campaign carried were out in the 25 communities, over 1,154 pregnant women and 3,615 children up to 1 year of age were monitored monthly. Exibir menos I produced research and experimentation on genetic materials adapted to regional conditions for the choice of crops (plants with high food quality, fast cycle and water stress tolerant) to be used commercially at Pungo Andongo Farm, wich is a reference and model for maize production in Angola.- Experimentation of genetic materials of 10 crops (corn, beans, cowpea bean, soybean, sorgo, rice and vegetables) through technical partnership with EMBRAPA.- Organization and implementation of EMBRAPA Africa Field Day in Angola.- Evaluation of tests of hybrid varieties of corn.- Production of content in support of consultants in the process of training the operational team. - - - Monthly production of technical reports.- Follow-up with all corporate agricultural performances standards.
