I was essentially handling service support across these years as also in my next role as Key Account Manager for BEML, Mysore. My next role was of Manager, Customer Quality for Industrial Engineering BU at HO. I was responsible for addressing all quality related issues across the country. My last role in Cummins was a application engineering role, post completion of company sponsored M Tech. I was driving 3 critical projects and managing integration of engine with the vehicle.
