      Role responsibilities • Review and support to projects / initiatives requesting for the HR data, ensuring data requests are reviewed against business requirements to ensure only relevant HR data is approved for use from Privacy (Sensitivity and confidentiality) perspective and also establish clear approval authorities for access to data.• Support in the implementation of Role Based Assess provisioning strategy and review and approve any changes to RBA based on the business rationale• Monitor data quality issues highlighted through results of controls / assurance mechanisms implemented as per the DQ Standard. • Monitoring the control effectiveness connected to the regulatory programmes where HR is the data provider and further having quality discussions in the HR data governance forum on the control implementation. • Support in the delivery of the Records Management projects across HR by coordinating with Group Compliance & Country Service Delivery• Maintenance and review the Group/Country Records Inventory/Catalogue to accurately reflect the Record Owner, Record format, Retention period and record locations. • Ensure the Records are retained, and could be reinstated or retrieved, and destroyed in accordance with applicable Group Schedule or Country Schedule• Creation, Periodic review and refresh of the Data Asset Register which includes all the data attributes hosted in all the HR applications. • Reviewing the RCA for data breach incidents and suggesting the appropriate controls to be implemented Show less
