  I spent 18 months at Scrivens where I started as a trainee Hearing Aid audiologist passing both the practical and written exams to qualify as an RHAD (Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser). Once qualified I worked along side D & A Opticians in delivering hearing services through their stores along with domiciliary work testing customers hearing recommending and prescribing hearing aid solutions where appropriate.

  I Began work as a Hearing Aid Audiologist in Nov 1999 progressing to Team Leader looking after 7 Dispensers until I was promoted to Area Manager in 2009. I initially worked under a Regional Manager for a approx a year before being given my own Region in the South East responsible for 25 stores, Store staff plus 35 Dispensers based in both the field and store, Budgeting, Recruitment and general day to day running of the Region.

  Manage a team of Hearing Aid Audiologists and Hearingcare assistants within the Region heloing and supporting everyone to fulfil the potential. Maximise opportunity and growth within the business by expanding current clinics days along with recruitment of new Dispensers to meet New Store openings whilst building relationships with Pharmacy and Optical colleagues helping to create a cross referral culture across the business.
