  As a Senior Manager at ANZ Australia I played a key leadership role in the development and implementation of data assets, analytical processes, and geospatial platforms which now underpin the Bank’s distribution planning function. During my time a the bank this saw ANZ Australia's branch optimisation activities place it first in terms of distribution value per branch of all Australian majors. During my time at ANZ Australia I delivered their Geospatial Strategy and communicated the optimsation approach and outcomes to Senior Leadership through participation in governance working groups.
