Served as management consultant on a number of organizational development projects including a one year re-engineering and team development culture change project for a 1,600 member public utility; an organizational development project for the Office of Neighborhood Services for the city of Washington, DC involving team building, goal development and culture change, and a project for a non-profit organization involving core values identification and visioning, team building, strategic planning and creative problem solving. Also completed an organizational diagnosis of an international non-profit’s operations, programs and fiscal systems and recommended improvement strategies. The Senior Executive Threshold Seminar is a ten-day leadership development training event specifically designed to prepare newly promoted senior executives in foreign affairs for the challenges they will face leading across intra-agency, interagency and international boundaries. In addition provided executive level coaching and organizational development consulting services to leaders and posts and bureaus throughout the Department of State.
