      I am Master in Transportation and Civil Engineering from USA and have 45 years professional experience (20 Years with World Bank, 3 years with MCC/USAID, 8 years with United Nations and 14 years in India) as a Team Leader in managing a team of 10-15 international experts in the overall project management consultancy, identification, planning, appraisal, feasibility studies, preliminary design, detailed engineering design, construction supervision, material testing, pavement design, bridge engineering, structural design, economic analysis using HDM 4, institutional reforms (setting up Road Funds, Road Authorities, and Transportation Institutes) restructuring and modernization of Municipal agencies, capacity building, training program and on the job training), procurement, contract management using FIDIC and performance based OPRC, quality control, risk management, monitoring and impact evaluation of Municipal projects including urban transport, highways (6-lanes), Civil Works, Municipal infrastructure, tourism infrastructure, emergency reconstruction, bridges, road safety, Toll Roads, PPP project including design build, finance, operate and Transfer (DBFOT), Traffic Engineering, feeder roads, tunnels, airports, and other transport infrastructure projects with working experience in more than 28 developing countries of Africa, Asia, Europe America, Latin America and Caribbean (see below) under funding from the World Bank, United Nations, Asian Development Bank, African Development Bank, European Commission, Millennium Challenge Corporation and USAID with an Estimated annual project portfolio of US$2 billion. 2.
