  After three years at dti, I was invited to lead the design team across different contexts in which we operate. I embraced this challenge, with the main objectives being:- Fostering continuous learning, ensuring the team is always evolving and seeking best practices aligned with the market.- Establishing good practices for the design process within dti, ensuring that designers have a clear vision of the pillar's potential, working with autonomy and creativity.- Ensuring quality oversight of designers and maintaining a balanced mix of profiles within the team. Show less I worked with clients from various sectors such as retail, healthcare, mobility, and finance. During this period, my main objectives were:- To assist/conduct the structuring of new products and the adaptation of existing products, aiming to optimize the initial stages of software development.- Establishing and monitoring the application of best interface practices, ensuring they are suitable for the user's context and needs.- Implementing user-centered design processes in teams with little or no culture in this regard, highlighting the benefits of this approach.
