      Key Deliverables:• Accuracy of the data input into the associate database• Accuracy of all letters produced• Consolidating the Payroll reports; New Hires, Leavers, Earnings, Flight Ticket, Deduction• Handling bank accounts for all associates • Responsible for associates' activities and welfare • Prepare promotion/transfer/salary increase letters • Ensures that the policies and procedures are being followed by all the associates and discuss HRD if amendments need to be done• Coordinate associates recognition activities • Maintain and update files on associates' records and other personal matters efficiently and confidentially• Assist in associate opinion survey and helps create an action plan when results are received• Actively participate in responsible business activity of the hotel • Recruitment activities • Resignation/ termination/ exit interview • Accountable for own performance and work to the required standards• Respond quickly to requests for help• Looks for the opportunity to develop own skills • In addition to the above functions, any other assignments/jobs given by the management occasionally or daily to be performed respectively Show less
