      Product Management:I own the vision for the Hubble Growth-Driven Performance Management (GPM) product. I lead and define the market requirements that go into the product roadmap. I have a seat in new Product Strategy meetings to help set the agenda and priorities for the Product Development group. I am responsible for evangelizing the GPM roadmap internally, to customers, to partners, and all other stakeholders. Product Marketing:My role is to amplify the influence for GPM across the entire organization. I leverage our marketing assets and provide the domain expertise around the product, market needs, and development so that the Sales teams can be effective on my behalf. The following illustrative activities are under my control:a. Industry Analyst liaison for GPM (Forrester, Gartner, etc.),b. Domain expert and thought leader to enable the marketing organization to market GPM on my behalfc. Develop sales tools and enable the sales organization through effective trainingd. Develop pricing strategies for CPM, etc. Sales:In certain situations, I also bring my expertise into individual sales cycles. This sales involvement could take various forms, such as:a. Evangelize the productb. Ensure that pre-sales colleagues understand the message and can demonstrate the product in a consistent and effective way (meeting certain standards)c. Listen, gather and deliver customer/market requirements for future product enhancementsd. Respond to product-related requests in specific/important sales cycles and ensure our Product Development group responds effectivelye.
