Data and information regarding to specialized caseloads of over a dozen special education students were actively collected and monitored in order to write proper IEPs to be presented during official meetings with district representatives, students, and parents. Implement strategies compliant with the IEPs of approximately 40% of the student population. Use Capturing Kids' Hearts strategies to create a positive and healthy classroom/school culture. Reach out to inform parents/guardians of student progress and, where necessary, develop strategies for academic and/or behavioral improvement. Participation in after school activities and/or extra help programs that accumulated at least 2 hours outside of regular hours were also required (Coaching soccer team). Development and implementation of curricular programs in the form of project based learning. Chaperoning college visitation trips both in and out of state.
