  In my role as the Curriculum Development Manager I am responsible for overseeing the research, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of all curriculum for the Indiana Department of Correction. This includes both Instructor Led Training and eLearning (Computer Based). In addition to my main responsibilities, I am also a Project Manager for several other different tasks for the Department. I use a Learning Management System on a daily basis and I am currently one of the Core Team Members working to implement a new LMS (SuccessFactors) for not only the Department but all State Agencies.
