  1. Development of purchasing strategy in accordance with Procurement Manager guidelines2. Introduction and development of practices, procedures and tools of the purchasing department3. Identify and discuss with the Procurement Manager the contracts that need to be re-negotiated 4. Managing raw material's (Deformed bar, Sand, Cement and Stone) inventory and scheduling delivery to site as per requirement.9. Processing subcontractors invoice as per measurement sheet and upgrading into SAP system.10. Following up supplier/subcontractor's payment if need.11. Monitoring shipment (Import Only) through managing C&F agents.12. Preparing import permit document and handling shipping documents. Show less
