      Supported two HC initiatives within the First Nations and Inuit Health branch, ETI (email transformation initiative) and SDI (shared drive initiative).• ETI: Change management lead on the business transformation to a new Shared Services Canada (SSC) managed email system, email domain name and Treasury Board of Canada (TBS) email policy.• SDI: Change management lead and project management assistance for the restructuring of FNIHB’s shared drive structure, applying the GC Functional Classification Standard (FCS). This in support of preparation toward a document management system such as GCDocs. This included ensuring information resources of business value (IRBV) are stored in appropriate locations.Specific activities for both initiatives:• Integrated change management activities into the existing ETI/SDI project management schedules. This involved an impact analysis of the changes, activities to keep Senior Management engaged, and ensuring end users understood why actions were required, which limited resistance and ensured actions were completed on schedule.• Created and provided written and in-person updates to Senior Management.• Developed communication materials to support both initiatives (SDI alone covers 300+ units and divisions).• Developed template materials to support Senior Management in ensuring their staff completed the required actions on time.• Developed a generic email account naming convention which supports both TBS policy and allows FNIHB to clearly identify generic accounts for their regions and directorates.• Conducted business process mapping sessions with functional teams and used the resulting business process maps to identify IRBV.
