      I put forth a sustainable management solution proposition for the creation of a marketing department for events and all university based fixtures and headed the first ever marketing team for the prime annual event at IUIC, 'The TectIQs' which is a national event consistent of several curricular & extra-circular competitions.My key contribution was the regeneration of the entire spending the host institute (IUIC) made on event, i.e. 0.6 million rupees, that I managed by structuring & working out a few campaigns. It also bought a registered audience of over 500 to the event which is the highest attendance in any event ever held at Iqra University Islamabad Campus.My key areas of work focus included:1. Established and headed the teams tasked with brand engagement activities with the execution of in-house as well as external inbound marketing strategy to increase the number of participants and brand awareness for the event.2. Executed SEO activities to increase website traffic which resulted in conversion of more participants in the event.3. Achieved record score on the event registrations and turned half 0.5 million seed money invested into profit through Online, Offline branding and affiliate programs.4.
