Collaborated with head forest warden of Sherwood Forest National Nature Reserve providing deadwood estimates throughout different habitat zones within the park.       Successfully collaborated with the Head Forest Warden of Sherwood Forest National Nature Reserve (NNR) to provide first ever assessment of dead wood habitat management and ancient oak conservation within this site of special scientific interest. Researched the importance and impact of dead wood on rare species of invertebrates indigenous to the forest. Consistently interacted with and coordinated time/cost sensitive events and compiled statistical and survey data for dissertation. Effectively managed time as well as presented overall productivity of the project for continued funding and promotion throughout the course as required. Communicated with the public and employees regarding the studies taking place within Sherwood Forest on a regular basis. Presented results and findings to the Head Forest Warden and Academic Board of the University of Nottingham. ArcGIS, GIS, and GPS used extensively for mapping and surveying in field. Engaged in numerous meetings regarding Sherwood Forest NNR park history and development. Attended regular seminars discussing and reviewing environmental history of world parks and reserves.
