I was responsible for the full technical solution and delivery of an artificial intelligence investment advisor that provides guidance to customers on how to invest for the long term. This includes a chatbot to gather information, running it through the robo advisor and allowing a customer to then accept and make the investment by being on-boarded as a client.Digital Enablement: Introduced and updated digital platforms to a new security and digital pattern and work around an old pattern that has been running for more than 10 years. This lowered fraud with roughly 60% at times.
