Led the engineering team through various stages of product development, compliance testing, production, configuration management and cost reduction. - Established guidelines for product schedules and resources – achieved 15% cost reduction by streamlining the processes and working closely with cross-functional teams.- Developed a disruptive battery solution for data center applications in collaboration with a small company. This solution has a potential for $100M in sales over the next three years.- Developed a compact wireless small cell power solution for LTE applications in partnership with GE.- Collaborated with a small company in Israel to develop the next generation low cost power solutions.
