  During my tenure at the Dulijan branch as manager (credit), I got further exposure to loans against Letter of Acceptance (LOA) which was prevalent at Duliajan. Duliajan is the headquarters of Oil India Limited. A higher percentage of the customers of the Duliajan branch worked in Oil India Limited and they took housing loans, car loans, and personal loans. The business customers took loans against LOA and different types of MSME and mortgage loans. I got my second promotion from the Duliajan branch w.e.f.   As a team member of the FACTIVA Project, I used Python software to Scrape data from news aggregator Factiva to build a novel dataset of company characteristics across different sectors, sub-sectors, and countries. Performed Data wrangling.

  As a Zonal Compliance Officer (ZCO), my primary responsibility is to visit 21 branches per quarter to do compliance testing of those branches of the Midnapore zone. The testing comprises checking of all parameters, including deposits and advances, critical areas of operation, and security aspects of a branch.Also, as a Cyber Fraud Nodal Officer, I analyze the frauds (UEBT - Unauthorized Electronic Bank Transfer) at different branches of the Midnapore zone. UEBT can be of four types, i.e. E-UPI (UPI-based fraud), E-COM (fraud on e-commerce platforms), M-FININC (frauds on AEPS platforms), and M-SERBR (Cheque, NACH mandate-based frauds that take place at service branch levels).In both of these roles, my ultimate responsibility is to safeguard the interest of the bank.
