  Entrepreneur- Kindermusik (2006-2008)I started up and presented the “Kindermusik” program for children to increase brand awareness of Love That Music store. Kindermusik is a franchised music and movement program for children ages 18mo-12yrs. I managed all aspects of the business including marketing, enrolling clients, payroll, class schedules, and the scheduling of 3 music teachers. I sold the business when our family moved to Spring Hill, Tn.

  Love That Music is a store that I co-founded, developed and sold to my partner due to moving to a new city and state. I came up with that name because my partners last name was LOVE. How perfect! I contributed to all startup up duties including financial, store policies, protocols, procedures, marketing strategies and customer relations.

  World Coach Institute (WCI) offers a Certified Professional Coach training program which gives student coaches the necessary foundation to set up a coaching practice and confidently coach people to improve their lives. WCI student coaches learn how to use International Coach Federation core competencies to move the client through the coaching process of visioning, self-awareness, goal setting, creating a viable action plan, removing obstacles that might impede progress and accountability for intentions. Deaunna facilitates 3 hour long WCI virtual teleconference training classes. Duties include: • Presenting WCI Coaching Training Practicum • Observing and offering feedback to students after their 30 minute in-class coaching sessions. (The instructor feedback encompasses 2 areas of excellence in ICF core competencies as well as offering one area of ICF improvement.) • “Business Builder Program” instruction which includes best business practices such as establishing a business, website development, SEO, developing a business plan, choosing best marketing activities and other business upstart assistance.
