From April 2022 till September 2023, fully responsible for Round 3.1 Formosa 4 OWF: design, fabrication, T&I (including procurement) of the 33 no. WTG Foundation. Due to the water depth, it is probably the deepest Fixed (Jacket) foundation in the world as of 2023. He engaged with suppliers (local and international), leading the strategy for the package, leading in preparation of Employer Requirements, resource planning (including recruitment), contract negotiation, fulfilling localisation rules, Coordinate interfaces, prepare business case, preparation of DEVEX and CAPEX calculation for the WTG Foundation Package. The CAPEX is up to USD$1b.From Oct 2023 till Mar 2024, his role has changed, and fully focus on Design and Fabrication scope (including procurement, and contract award), and he lead a team of Fabrication/QA/Quality Managers to deliver the WTG Foundation Packages (33 no of WTG Jacket and Pin-piles).
