My last job was Channel Manager for Alcatel-Lucent. This had many aspects including the management of the internal Alcatel-Lucent product specialists, regular customer visits, end user product demonstrations, stock ordering and product marketing.   Hosted UC Product Manager

  I worked for POSTcti, who were acquired by West UC (formerly InterCall) in January 2011. My role was product manager for their cloud based software Unified Desktop. This included Microsoft Lync, Exchange and SIP calls. My key achievements were:• Managing Sodexo’s service delivery for their global switch to Microsoft Lync. With over 390,000 employees Sodexo are the world’s 22nd largest employer.• Hitting all new user targets set by Microsoft for POSTcti's High Volume Agreement.• Creating and managing the service initiation team. This team was designed to assist customers that took a service. It became a hugely profitable area, being quoted to large companies in multiple languages. Show less

Horizon is Gamma's Hosted Voice product, and is the UK's largest hosted telephony platform in the sub 500 user category.   TeleWare are a Microsoft Gold Partner and a leader in mobile recording for compliance. My role was split into 2 parts, as I product managed the Cloud Call Management solutions and also designed an Analytics offering as part of the companies long term strategy. My significant achievements were:• Wrote and produced an analytics video, that was extremely well received and has been shown to customers globally• Revamped and improved the existing Cloud Calling product within my first quarter.
