  Law Clerk-Low Income Taxpayer Clinic

  The Low Income Taxpayer Clinic assists lower-income people in tax controversies. I assist the managing attorney in multiple areas, including audit defense, IRS appeals, amended tax returns, resolving identity theft, innocent spouse relief, Offer in Compromise, tax assessment, collections, Tax Court cases, and suits for refund in District Court or the Court of Claims. We also engage in significant community outreach and education, assisting other organizations that are helping lower-income taxpayers. Show less
