  Our Infrastructure and Environmental Planning team specialise in the planning, assessment and consenting of large-scale infrastructure projects across the UK.Our team’s expertise is in the provision of planning and EIA strategy advice and process management for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs) under the Planning Act 2008, Developments of National Significance (DNS) in Wales and s36 Electricity Act projects in Scotland.Our team includes experienced practitioners who have worked for promoters, landowners, statutory bodies and the Planning Inspectorate, and who retain the relationships required to build effective multi-disciplinary teams for national significant projects. We have in-depth knowledge and experience of the DCO process from both the commercial and public-sector angles, complementing our practice-wide track record of working on complex strategic projects.Our combined town planning and environmental planning offer, together with our landscape, design and development economics services, gives us the expertise, experience and relationships required to navigate the layers of policy and process involved in the delivery of complex and visionary projects.
