      At Camp Ingersoll, I had the opportunity to work with fantastic people and care for some truly incredible campers. As a middle girls JC, I worked with my unit leader to plan and facilitate activities for girls entering grades 4 and 5. We worked to build children's confidence and instill the values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. Doing this, we strove to support our future generations and help them succeed in every way.

      Fortbuilding Counselor

      As a fortbuilding counselor, I collaborated with my co-counselor to schedule and lead camper activities focused around our summer-long project of building several tree forts, consisting of multiple elevated platforms connected by ladders. We educated kids about tool safety and responsible building, helped campers explore skills related to engineering, design, and problem solving, and encouraged independent creativity, all while instilling the camp values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
